Two Cars Involved in a Accident

Pekan-Two were killed and one injured between two vehicles last night. Volvo 240 year 91 driver and passenger died at the scene in the 4.30 pm accident while the driver of proton saga –a 28 year-old farm supervisor from pekan sustained bruises on his back and hands.

“the crash accurated when the Volvo ,which was en route to Kuantan to Runchang ,Pekan veered into the opposite lane and lost control of the car.’district police chief superindent said today

He said the case is being investigated under section 41(1) of the road transport act 1987.

 Retirement of two Legend Athletes

KUALA LUMPUR: The announcement that the retirement of the most experienced Malaysian athletes Datuk Nicol David and Datuk Lee Chong Wei give a big shock to the sport world and fans.

Datuk Lee Chong Wei and Datuk Nicol David decided to call it quit after having scale the pinnacle of badminton and squash respectively.

The retirement of Chong Wei and Nicol David in june certainly grabbed headlines and left a vacuum that would be hard to fill. The penang born Chong Wei decided to hang up his racket after receiving treatment for nose cancer.

While Nicol nicknamed the Durabell Bunny due to her agility and small built, held the top ranking for 112 months. However ,she found difficult to remain in the world to 10 against younger and stronger opponents.
